• Subject specialists in Business and Finance
• Academic excellence – Strong A-Levels (A/A*) and a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a leading university; although we will consider University students (2nd year or above) 
• Teaching or tutoring experience – Formal or informal experience is welcome, especially in GCSE, A-Level, or 11+ subjects  
• Excellent communication skills – You can break down complex topics clearly and adapt to different learners  
• Reliability and professionalism – Punctual, committed, and organised  
• A passion for educating others and helping them achieve their academic goals.
