Hi, I’m Sophie, a Business Studies teacher with over 6 years of classroom experience, specialising in helping students master the skills needed to succeed in GCSE and A-Level exams.

I hold a degree in International Business and have a deep understanding of what examiners look for. My teaching is focused, structured, and designed to help students improve their exam technique, timing, and confidence — not just their subject knowledge.

Hey, I’m Daniel — full-time uni student, part-time Business & Economics tutor, and unofficial translator of “what on earth does this question even mean?”

I’m currently studying Business and Economics at university, and when I’m not buried in coursework or sipping questionable campus coffee, I’m helping students turn business buzzwords into something that actually makes sense.

I’ve been through the GCSE and A-Level grind myself, so I get the stress — the long questions, the weird case studies, and that feeling of “have I even revised the right topic?” My mission is to make things clearer, easier, and maybe even a bit more fun (yes, even break-even analysis has its moments).

About My Sessions

My sessions are pretty chill. Think of it like studying with a knowledgeable older mate who doesn’t mind explaining stuff twice (or five times — I’ve got patience in bulk). I’m all about breaking big topics into bite-sized pieces, using diagrams and real-life examples (shout out to your local coffee shop for being the perfect case study).  We’ll go through exam questions together, build your confidence with step-by-step strategies, and yes — we’ll tackle those 9-mark monsters without panic.

Hi, I’m Jordan, a Business Studies tutor with a track record of turning confusion into confidence. I’ve delivered over 200 sessions to GCSE and A-Level students, and I’m currently studying Business and Management at Brunel University, specialising in strategy and finance.

I didn’t always find Business easy — and that’s what helps me connect with students. I know how overwhelming case studies and exam questions can feel, and I focus on breaking things down clearly and practically.

About My Sessions

My sessions are focused on engagement, clarity, and real-world relevance. We don’t just memorise terms — we explore how business works through real examples from companies and industries you know.

I use a step-by-step approach to tackle topics like price elasticity, market structures and business planning. We’ll also work on exam technique, essay structure, and how to approach longer questions with confidence.

Instead of PowerPoint slides, I use an interactive whiteboard to sketch out ideas and build understanding live. You’ll be involved, asking questions, solving problems, and actually getting it.

Hi, I’m Linda, a Business and Finance tutor with over 30 years of experience teaching in UK secondary schools. I’ve supported hundreds of students — from GCSE to A-Level — in building confidence, boosting grades, and truly understanding how business works in both theory and practice.

I hold a degree in Business and Finance and have taught a wide range of topics, including enterprise, marketing, operations, and strategy. With decades in the classroom, I know what exam boards expect — and how to help students meet (and exceed) those standards.

One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is seeing things "click" for a student. I understand the pressure young people face and always aim to be patient, supportive, and flexible to each learner’s needs.

Hi, I’m Amira, a second-year Business and Data Analysis student at Essex University. I’ve been tutoring for over a year, helping GCSE and A-Level students build confidence in Business — especially when it comes to applying theory and improving exam technique.

Being a current student means I really understand how Business is taught and assessed today. I’ve recently sat many of the same exams my students are preparing for, so I know what works when it comes to revision, timing, and writing strong answers.
