At Tutor4U, we don’t guess where your child is — we pinpoint it.

Every student begins with a Diagnostic Assessment designed to identify their current level, learning style, and subject knowledge across key business topics. It’s tailored to their qualification (GCSE or A‑Level) and exam board (e.g. Edexcel, AQA), so we can meet them exactly where they are.

The assessment includes:

• A short study profile to understand how they learn best
   
• Multiple-choice questions to check core knowledge
   
• Case-based and written tasks to assess real application and exam technique
   

This gives us a clear picture of their strengths and development areas — from key terminology and calculation skills to structuring arguments and evaluation.

The result? A personalised Achievement Profile and learning plan that targets exactly what they need to succeed — no fluff, no guesswork.

The results are reviewed within 48 hours, followed by a one-to-one tutor debrief. Together, we walk through the student’s personalised Achievement Profile, highlighting strengths, development areas, and clear next steps. It’s a focused, supportive conversation that sets the direction for their learning journey.

From there, weekly 90-minute sessions begin — fully personalised to the student’s qualification, learning style, and exam board. Every lesson targets the priorities identified in the assessment, building confidence and momentum from the very first session.
